Reception Be the first smiling face people see when they enter our facility, answer phones, check in clients and file. Reception opportunities are available Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Food Truck Deliveries Our food delivery truck typically arrives on the morning of the first Thursday of each month. We are always looking for additional help to unload the truck, sort the delivery, and stock our shelves.

Food Pick-Up The Caring Ministry receives food donations from several local organizations (Save-A-Lot, Rutter’s, Sheetz, Bethesda Mission, Catholic Harvest, York County Food Bank) and is looking for individuals who can pick up donations on selected days and deliver them to our facility.

Pantry Volunteers Every Monday morning, our pantry volunteers gather to fill food bags for the week, refill and organize our food shelves, and help with general task items to make our pantry run well.
